Who We Are 

voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation, or RFC as we call it, supplies custom roll formed metal components into several industries including Aerospace, Construction, Material Handling, Off-Highway, Office Furniture, Solar and Transportation.   In 2000, Roll Forming Corporation was acquired by globally leading technology group voestalpine AG and became part of the Metal Forming, Tubes and Sections division. Today, voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation has seven production facilities across three states with five facilities and headquarters located in Shelby County, Kentucky and one facility each in Pennsylvania and Indiana.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage market research, advertising, promotions for the company. Ensure that marketing and messaging aligns with corporate goals and that the brand is consistent across all communications. Develop marketing campaigns based on market research, handle web marketing, and branding. Manage the coordination of customer events and trade shows. Establish and maintain vendor, distributor, and customer relations. Function as the “MarCom Manager” for the Company.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned. 

• Manage the external communications per voestalpine standards.
• Coordinate marketing activities and communications with the global marketing team based in Europe and ensures global marketing team guidelines for brand and content are met
• Travel to Europe annually or as needed for global MarCom advisor meetings 
• Lead internal communications via newsletters, blogs, social media and print to promote our amazing culture
• Support the branding efforts for company across divisions and physical locations 
• Manage Social media strategy and execution  
• Perform Market research for vertical market managers
• Ensure website maintenance for content, branding and relevance
• Coordinate Exhibitions with sales as needed 
• Collaborate with sales and business development on the growth of our CRM platform and applicable data analytics 
• Travel to customers as needed to support customer satisfaction and keep us One Step Ahead.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Media Production, Communications, Journalism or similar and/or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant work experience and other training may be considered equivalent.
• Five or more years’ related experience. Experience should include:
  • Leadership of branding, communications and marketing efforts to include projects, timelines, people.
  • Content creation including video or image, from concept to publish.
  • Target audience segmentation, messaging and brand communications guidelines
  • Email Marketing, Social Media & Advertising, CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO and SEM
  • CRM (SalesForce preferred), analytics and reporting
• Presentation and computer skills / PC / Microsoft Office
• Technical skills to include: Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, SalesForce or similar CRM
• Deadline-driven and experience with project planning and project management
• Detail-oriented and strong organization skills, including time management
• Willing to live within a commutable distance of Shelbyville, KY and work onsite or hybrid schedule after training is completed.
• Able to travel domestically - up to 10% of the time. Must possess valid driver’s license (insurable with good driving record). Possible international travel once per year.
• US Person as defined by ITAR / EAR

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Content creation such as graphic design, media production, photography, photo editing, video production, video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premier)
